If you have not received your EFT refund within three working days of issue, please contact us immediately. We reimburse all refunds from FNB so keep in mind that dependent on your bank, it may take a day or two for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you paid via EFT, your refund will be issued the Thursday after your request was approved. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Should a delay of any nature arise during the process of issuing your full or partial refund, we will immediately be in contact. We do however ask that you allow enough time for us to arrange collection* and inspect condition of goods upon their return before we can issue a refund. Should you choose not to exchange goods or accept store credit, you are welcome to request a refund via our returns form.
